body参数

返回参数

data 数据结构

说明：data 为数组，每个元素是一个员工详情对象。字段分为两种类型：
显示值字段（如 gender）：直接返回中文显示文本
选项源字段（如 gender_source）：返回选项数组，包含 label、value 等结构化信息
下拉/选项类字段会同时返回显示值和选项源两个字段。

自定义字段

说明：以 field_ 开头的字段为企业自定义字段，字段名格式为 field_{fieldId}，是否存在及具体名称取决于企业配置。

选项对象结构

gender_source、mainDepartment_source 等选项数组中每个元素的结构：

注意事项

显示值与选项源：选项类字段同时返回显示值（如 gender）和选项源（如 gender_source），显示值为中文文本，选项源包含完整的 value/label 结构

自定义字段：以 field_ 开头的字段为企业自定义字段，字段名格式为 field_{fieldId}，是否存在及具体名称取决于企业配置

空值处理：当某个选项字段没有值时，显示值为空字符串 ""，选项源返回空数组 []

停用选项：选项源中 status 为 stop 表示该选项已停用，显示值中会标注"(已停用)"

生效日期：请求参数 effectDate 未传时默认使用当前日期，返回该日期下生效的员工数据
