用户注销接口（当前浏览器登入的会话）

第三方请求网关用户注销接口，在cookie中携带用户token，即casuniquecred参数，网关会将此用户会话注销，并重定向至认证登录页面。例：http://xxx.example.com/portal/logout
如在请求网关注销接口后想要跳转到指定的URL，可以增加goto参数，需要对goto对应的URL做base64编码，网关将会重定向至该地址。例：http://xxx.example.com/portal/logout?goto=xxx
