创建代收订单

POST

/api/pay/unifiedOrder

创建 ARS 代收订单。

支持 QR、CVU、RAPIPAGO、PAGOFACIL。金额必须是 100 的整数倍，
实际上下限以商户开通的支付方式配置为准。成功后请原样使用返回的 payUrl。
