订单退款

● 当交易发生之后一段时间内（目前系统可支持1年内的订单发起退款操作），由于买家或者卖家的原因需要退款时，卖家可以通过退款接口将支付款退回给买家；或者商户订单支付失败需要生成新单号重新发起支付，要对原订单号调用关单，避免重复支付；
● 该接口用于当日与多日退款，为避免日切，退款接口的调用时间为每天的00:00—23:55；
● 如果服务商针对交易订单做了补贴，退款时补贴金亦会原路退回；
