Remove a single panelist from a webinar.
You can retrieve the panelistId by calling List Panelists API.

Scopes: webinar:write:admin webinar:write

🟠404**HTTP Status Code:** `404` Webinar not found. **Error Code:** `1001` User {email} does not exist or does not belong to this account. **Error Code:** `3001` Webinar {webinarId} not found or has expired.
