Update a webinar's status. Use this API to end an ongoing webinar.

Scopes: webinar:write:admin webinar:write

The account must hold a valid Webinar plan.

🟠404**HTTP Status Code:** `404` Webinar not found. **Error Code:** `1001` User {userId} does not exist or does not belong to this account. **Error Code:** `3001` Webinar {webinarId} not found or has expired.
