接口限制：100次/秒/企业 3000次/分钟/企业

适用场景：北森考勤数据推送程序专用

警告信息：本接口为北森考勤数据推送程序专用，请不要进行调用，如果调用会对考勤数据推送产生不良影响！！！请使用新版接口("/PostAsync")

tips：异步执行，支持反复推送，单次推送的数据条数不能超过1000条
