根据员工UserID集合获取指定条件的任职记录相关信息

2.该接口支持元数据字段入参、出参控制
2.支持查询已删除的数据
3.支持根据Option参数快速查询，0：条件查询-使用参数中的其他条件进行查询、1：直接获取最新主职任职记录，其他条件自动忽略、2：直接获取当前生效的主职任职记录，其他条件自动忽略
4.默认查询条件：未删除、审批生效、主职
5.默认查 询列：无
6.默认排序条件：UserID
7.累计工龄（WorkYearTotal）、累计集团工龄（WorkYearGroupTotal）、累计司龄（WorkYearCompanyTotal）非实时数据，而是每天定时任务刷新，故存在延迟情况
