Device Management Tutorial

Overview#

The Device Management module supports retrieving DJI device thing model information and HMS information, as well as performing real-time operations on DJI devices. These include real-time command dispatch, device control permission acquisition, camera and lens switching, live view quality settings, and custom network RTK calibration.

Camera Control Tutorial#

Overview#

The Camera Control module supports switching operations for cameras mounted on aircraft and docks, including aircraft camera lens switching (wide-angle / zoom / infrared) and dock camera switching (interior / exterior).
Before switching the aircraft lens, you must first call the Device Management module's Acquire Control Permission (POST /openapi/v2.0/device/control) interface to obtain aircraft control permission.
Switching the dock camera does not require acquiring control permission separately.
Parameters such as camera_index, lens_type, and camera_position can be obtained from data.list.drone.camera_list / data.list.gateway.camera_list in Get Project Device List (GET /openapi/v2.0/project/device).

Interface Usage Flow#

Call steps:
1.
Use Get Project Device List (GET /openapi/v2.0/project/device) to obtain camera_list info for both aircraft and dock, and locate the camera to switch.
2.
To switch the aircraft lens, first call the Device Management module's Acquire Control Permission (POST /openapi/v2.0/device/control) interface to obtain control permission.
3.
Call Aircraft Lens Switch (POST /openapi/v2.0/device/change-lens), passing sn, camera_index, lens_type to switch the aircraft lens (wide-angle, zoom, or infrared).
4.
Call Dock Camera Switch (POST /openapi/v2.0/device/change-camera), passing the dock's sn, camera_index, camera_position to switch the dock camera (interior or exterior).
