Query the details of the package corresponding to the order

/api/v3/package/getOrderPackageDetails
Retrieve the corresponding package details by orderNumber or outTradeNo (provide either orderNumber or outTradeNo; if both are empty and the corresponding order cannot be found, an error will be returned). Maximum 50 items.
