Refund for Cloud eSIM card orders under the account
Error Codes:
45113 - Refund is not allowed in the current status. Orders can only be refunded when in successful status

Rules for calculating refundable amount:

Full refund within 24 hours after purchase;

Refund amount = min(unused days/total usable days, unused data/total data) * total user payment amount;

For foreign currencies like Japanese Yen, the minimum unit is cents, rounded down; for Japanese Yen, the minimum unit is Yuan, also rounded down;
